- Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. You can track the status of your order at anytime from within your user account dashboard.
Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers will be issued as soon as your order is processed. We currently offer USPS Express Mail, First Class,
and Priority as well as flat rates based on your order total. Orders using flat rate shipping methods are delivered within 3-7 business days.
Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be sent send using the most affordable option based on the size and wieght of the item(s).

- Your privacy is very important to us! All orders are shipped using plain and discrete packaging - shop in confidence! The return address on the package is shown as HHEI Distribution, Inc. Your credit card statement will show a charge from HHEI Inc as well.
- Returns & Replacements Policy
- Due to the nature of our products we will only accept returns on unused & unopened items. If your item does not work properly because
of a manufacturer defect please contact our customer support center at ONLINE SUPPORT or call (866) 361-3697 ext. 7675 - we will arrange
for a replacement item at no charge. Unopened and unused items may be returned for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee within 14 business days
of delivery of your order - shipping costs are non-refundable. Unless an item is defective, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
You will be required to contact customer service BEFORE returning defective or unwanted items. We are not responsible for
unauthorized returns. Please check your items for defects before using them for their intended purposes.
