Chauffeur's Daughter

I am finally able to tell Lanny Barby from that other Vivid contract girl that I always think is Lanny Barby but always turns out to be Sunny Leone. The trick, it turns out, is to listen to the unspeakably cute but also nearly unintelligible French Canadian accent that makes words like "thoughtful" sound like "towfle" and most everything else sound like gibberish, aided by some iffy sound-editing. The good thing about being able to tell who Lanny Barby is is that now I'll remember who she is later when another Vivid movie starring her comes across my desk.

Lanny Barby and Paulina James are the reasons to watch this movie, along with a hot appearance from Kelly Wells in the eleventh hour. Lanny has several excellent scenes, from a steamy swimming-pool threesome with James Deen and Paulina James that will make you want to go skinnydipping right away to another fantastic threeway with Manuel Ferrara and Kimberly Franklin. Outweighing whatever other faults it may have, The Chauffeur's Daughter is loaded with sex -- five scenes with Lanny and three with James, not to mention a couple of throwaways with Ava Lauren and Victoria Valentino.

Like many porn features from the big studios these days, it is difficult to tell that The Chauffeur's Daughter is a senseless mess until you're well into it. Fortunately, because of the presence of people like Lanny Barby and Paulina James and the fact that they are fucking up a storm for a good portion of the movie's two hours and forty-four minutes, you may be distracted enough to miss the fact that not one instant of it makes a lick of sense. It has a happy ending, though -- Lanny Barby and Kurt Lockwood run off to Paris together. Keep that in your head, hold on to it, and you will be able to get through the rest of it, which consists, outside the sex, of James Deen being a lying douchebag and Ava Lauren being a harping, manipulative shrew. Oh, wait, there's about an hour of Manuel Ferrara and Kimberly Franklin as a pair of Parisian swingers who pick Lanny up and show her a good time while she's in the City of Light before she flees back to her lying douchebag boyfriend and his harping, manipulative, shrewish mom.

The swimming-pool threesome has a steamy, slick look that will recall the great days of Penthouse spreads but is so much more hardcore as to be in a different league entirely. Paulina James has a round little body and a sexy come-hither smile that I didn't give proper credit to the first time I saw her; she and Lanny get along well, at least as co-fuckers, if not in the context of their roles, and the contrast between her girl-body and Lanny's sculpted, inflated one is good to contemplate. Lanny's threesome in Paris is also a nice scene -- she and Kimberly Franklin have similar bodies and accents, which is enough like seeing twins that it makes you wish you could watch Lindsey and Lacey Love without wanting to throttle them both. The two of them show Manuel a good time and spend some quality hours shopping together, managing a good girl-girl scene in a dressing, room -- great fodder for fans of exhibitionism as well as fans of busty brunettes. More exhibitionism is in store with a club threesome starring Lanny and Kelly Wells, who is somewhat subdued here but is still one of the dirtiest girls around.
